A collective performative Food Culture Aperitif organized by Linda Cassens Stoian, followed by case studies in dialogue with artist Miralda. Doing Food Culture concerns the production, preparation, consumption and disposal of food: to grow, sell/buy, cook, serve, eat, dispose, clean-up. Especially: ‘commensality’ or the act of eating together.
